	ResMed does not currently offer a direct stock purchase plan. If you wish to purchase ResMed common stock please contact a stockbroker.

2.	Does ResMed pay dividends and is there a dividend reinvest plan?
	ResMed does not currently pay dividends and therefore, does not offer a dividend reinvestment program (DRIP).

	ResMed trades on the New York Stock Exchange(NYSE) under the ticker symbol "RMD" and on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the symbol “RMD.AX”.

6.	What is the difference between a registered- and a street-name shareholder?
	A registered shareholder receives an actual stock certificate (denoting number of shares) registered in their name and controls the certificate's physical location. A shareholder who deposits their shares in a brokerage account holds the shares in "street name" because their shares are registered in the broker's (street) name.

7.	When does ResMed Corporation's fiscal year end?
	ResMed's fiscal year ends on June 30th.
